Introspect and find answers.
1. Am I taking bandhan properly?
2. Am I taking Mahamantra properly?
3. Am I getting cool breeze on left palm ?
4. Am I getting cool breeze on right palm ?
5. Am I getting cool breeze on Sahashara?
6. Can I effortlessly meditate without thoughts?
7. is my Brahmarandra opening ?
8. is my Sushmana forming and widening ?
9. Do i share my experiences with collectivity?
Until Brahmarandra is open, nothing can be done on any chakra. So steps are as follows
Step 1: open Brahmarandra
Brahmarandra will stay open within a week by doing witness practice, Brahmarandra opening exercise every hour
Step 2: Open Sahasrara using I am the spirit sessions 4:20 am and 8:20 am sessions
Step 3: use clearance sessions 7 am and 7 pm to clear lower chakras
For strong Mooladhara
Daily walk 30 minutes on grass and do daily jal abhishek
Daily morning and evening allah ho akbar for 3 months.
Every time we take bandhan, we can put
1. Left palm 2 inches above the head for a minute or two - feel
vibrations and if brahmarandra is opening
2. Right palm 2 inches above the head for a minute or two - feel
vibrations and if brahmarandra is opening
3. Repeat this for four or five times - till we feel a constant flow.
4. Then rise both hands into air for 2 minutes - till we feel vibrations
on finger tips and hands.
Steps above are last two steps of Self realization Shri Mataji conducts.
Once Brahmarandra is open (Clear left fully)
1. Left hand towards Shri Mataji, Right hand on mother earth - till all
fingers including Mooladhara, middle of palm are absorbing cool air
2. Left hand towards Shri Mataji, Right hand on left swadhistana - till
all fingers are absorbing cool air and chakra where right hand becomes
cool.
3. Repeat this for all chakras on left.
Once Brahmarandra is open (Clear right fully)
1. Once left is clear, put right hand towards Shri Mataji, left hand on
mother earth - till all fingers are absorbing cool air
2. Right hand towards Shri Mataji, left hand on right swadhistana - till
all fingers are absorbing cool air and chakra where left hand is cool.
3. Repeat this for all chakras on right.

If we have never got cool before or it has been more than 3 months, the problem
has
become chronic.
so it requires daily candling with one thick candle, for a max of 1 hour. How
many days?
3 months. Till we get coolness from candle

If we have never got cool before or it has been more than 3 months, the problem
has
become chronic.
so it requires daily footsoaks with left hand towards sky.For a max of 3
consecutive
footsoaks. How many days?

Sushmna is formed with merging of Ida and Pingla. Cool breeze in
left
palm and right palm helps build Sushmna.

Then do open brahmarandra by putting right hand 2-3 inches above Sahasrara for 2
minutes, feel if vibrations are coming and if Brahmarandra is opening.
Then repeat with other left palm aove head. Now repeat these two steps for 10
minutes.
Then bring both palms down and feel Sushmna.
Vertical then Horizontal. We need atleast a thin sushmna before
joining
collective which gives horizontal growth. So before joining collective
if we have done balancing and have a thin Sushmna, it helps feel Widen Sushmna of
Virat.
Best is finish footsoaks ( upto 3) till we get cool breeze on both palms and then
join
Virat.
If not getting time, it usually means desire power is weak. See
if you
are getting cool breeze on left palm. If you can ensure you get cool breeze
on left palm as descrbed above through candling, time will happen.
When Sushmna is forming, we need to be alert. We need to be
aware of two
balloons - Ego and Superego. Sleep is pull from Superego or bodily tiredness (
need
footsoak)If we are alert we will not get pulled by them.
be aware , be alert , then Sushmna will form nice.
Give 108 times bandhan with right hand on liver. Shoebeat daily
till
problem is solved.
Between 1 inch to 2 inches. Thinner candle take 2-4 hrs, which
thick
candle does in less than 1 hr - giving cool breeze on left palm.
If we are getting cool breeze on left palm, no need. If we are
not
getting cool breeze, then we need to do daily. It can be in 5-10-30 minutes.
Observe and
reduce the time accordingly.
Use right chappal to Shoebeat self and left to Shoebeat others

Yes day and night , anytime you can shoebeat. Anything that is
preventing you from being thoughtless, shoebeat it.
Yes in Malaysia shoebeat speech Shri Mataji suggests to use rubber
chappals if possible and not use them for wearing. We also noted when we wear we
have
accidents or pains.
If we are not getting cool breeze on left hand, we should do candling.
After that follow it up with upto 3 consecutive footsoaks till we get cool air
on right
hand

We know right side is balanced when we get cool air in right hand. Do
consecutive footsoaks , maximum upto three, till you get cool breeze in right
hand. if
you get cool air in two footsoaks stop at two.
We know left side is balanced when we get cool air in left hand.
Do candling , maximum upto 1 hr till you get cool air on left palm. if you get
cool air
in 30 minutes, stop candling.
दाहिने हाथ में ठंडी हवा मिलने पर हम जानते हैं कि दाहिना भाग संतुलित है।
जब तक आपको दाहिने हाथ में ठंडी हवा न मिल जाए, तब तक अधिकतम तीन बार लगातार फुटसोक
करें।
दो पग में ठंडी हवा मिले तो दो पर रुक जाना।
बाएं हाथ में ठंडी हवा आने पर हम जानते हैं कि बायां हिस्सा संतुलित है।
कैंडलिंग करें, अधिकतम 1 घंटे तक जब तक आपको बायीं हथेली पर ठंडी हवा न मिल जाए।
अगर आपको
30 मिनट में ठंडी हवा मिलती है, तो मोमबत्ती जलाना बंद कर दें।
A) When you get your realization, you are born again, now you have

the palm.

Take one coconut/Nariyal (It should have 3 eyes and hair on one side) , keep it
near Mataji for the whole day and at night keep it near your Sahastara (near a
pillow pointing towards you) and in the morning throw that coconut away.
Repeat
this for a few days, until you feel better.
If we are doing Sahaj Yoga it's important that people see Shri Mataji in us.
We
should reflect all the qualities of chakras in us in our nature. When people
see
change in us they will automatically come to Sahaj.
Wash your eyes with vibrated water

should be removed.

Strengthen your Mooladhara.
If your Ganesh tatav / mooladhara is strong then this problem will not occur.
Shri Mataji once sat for 19 hours continuously without getting up.
You can try putting cloth on grass/ground, lay down on mother earth
put your
hands on ground , close your eyes and relax.
Let mother earth cleanse you
Put your right hand on Agya Chakra and left hand towards Shri Mataji and say
the Lord's prayer.
Keep hands in same position until you get cool breeze in left
hand and Agya becomes cool ( repeat this everyday)

In first footsock , keep your left hand on Nabhi chakra and right hand

Second footsock, keep your left hand on right Swadhisthana and right hand

Third footsock, keep left hand towards Shri Mataji and move right hand
from left
to right , 108

Do this regularly for few months
Put your right hand on Agya Chakra and left hand towards Shri Back Agya can be
cleared
by multiple ways
-keeping candle on back Agya
-Put back Agya towards sun for 15 mins in
-Keeping left hand towards Shri Mataji and right hand on back Agya
-Take 7 lemons and keep it under your pillow and sleep at night. You can keep
those
lemons for
a few days until you feel clearance and every morning you can check if any of
the lemons
have
gone bad,you can replace it
Put left hand towards Shri Mataji and right hand on Mother earth.
Mother has mentioned use earth element for such problems
Yes, Ladies are very pure during that time and its Ganesh Shakti they can
meditate and
do
Pooja.
● If you have virus - do 3 candle treatment
● For strengthening your body from this effects do regular 3 consecutive
footsocks (try
morning as well as evening )
● Vishudhi clearance ( Allah hu Akbar)
● Also you can take milk with Makhana ( fox seed) , Kada , honey + ginger
● Mother has also advised to do jal neti if mucus , cough cold is repeated

Sometimes it's important to flow vibrations from you. Give realization to others
,
vibrate clouds ,
exchange vibrations with nature ( trees/plants) moreover just surrender, you do
nothing

● For Hamsha Chakra - Every night put 1-2 drops of Ghee kapur in your nose, take
around 100 deep breaths while lying down , so vapor can reach inside.
● Put Shri Mataji’s Bhajan at home on TV/Taprecored -This spreads vibration in
home
through Sahaj yogi singers
● It's good to put coconut on kalash near Mataji’s altar ( it absorbs all
negativity ,
you
can replace coconut every 15 days or sooner if you see cracks in coconut
● Mataji has advised to rub your teeth and gums with olive oil and salt every
day or
nigtht
to avoid dental problems
● Take vibrated water put some sugar and put in eyes morning/nigth ( like the
way we out
eye drops)
● Walk every day in grass for around 30 mins
● Drink 1 to 1.5 liters of water in morning before brus
Boil 3 glasses of water in the morning before breakfast, squeeze two lemons in
it.
Drink one glass after every meal.
On a Daily basis vibrate the sky and clouds for 30 minutes, effects of arthritis
will
reduce.
Simple solution
For people not getting on right keep putting left to right 108 times every
one hour.
Others right to left 108 times every one hour.
Within one day both hands we will get vibrations
Who is watching?
If you become aware of who is watching, it will get cleared.
Only atma can watch chakras. Once you become atma it's only a matter of time
that atma
light goes to this chakra. Don't do anything , just witness, observe.
Atma witness's , Agnya questions, answers, reacts. But when we witness the
washing
machine is running. When we try to understand why, we are stuck in agnya.
Most powerful thing for atma is to let light of spirit spread to weak chakra.

This means our right side is heated up and we should avoid havan and candling.
If we
have to go to havan, sit way behind.
Cool down right side using footsoaks, ice pack, singing bhajans and doing puja.
To clear left side use earth element but no candle.

When kundalini crosses Agnya, we get thoughtless.
When kundalini mother crosses brahmarandra, we get vibrations and we are
thoughtless
unless we want to think.
Based on experiences shared in virat we noted following.
If we can open brahmarandra every hour with two minutes right hand two inches
above
head, two minutes left hand above head, in one week brahmarandra stays open.
This is the
starting of Sushmna.
Based on experiences shared in virat,
if we do allah ho akbar and lords prayer morning and evening for three months,
agnya and
vishuddhi also open, building a sushmna highway between brahmarandra and heart.
Experience says what problems we see outside are but a reflection of imbalances
inside
which we have been ignoring. Office problems are usually right nabhi and
sometimes
agnya.
So first we see if brahmarandra is open or not. Then we put left hand on right
nabhi
which might be hot/warm and we will note brahmarandra closes. So in this
position we do
three consecutive footsoaks till cool air on all right hand fingers and
rightnabhi or
right agnya, based on where hand is put.

ourselves the problem will start reducing.
